In the Preface of my book, MANipulated Into Fear, I state how others had inspired me to write my story. My intent was to educate others so that if they were in an abusive relationship or knew of someone that was, they could recognize the patterns of an abuser and realize that the person was not going to change. I feel that it is very important for people to watch and listen to inspiring people who always talk about positive things and are always helping others. You will be amazed at what you can learn from them and how much you can accomplish by remaining positive.

I had never written a book before, and I was not sure if I could do it. I must say that while writing my story, I was on an emotional rollercoaster. If I hadn’t allowed others to inspire me, and I only focused on all the negatives in my life, it would have been impossible for me to write my story. I am very grateful to those that constantly help others, and by their positive energy it created a positive outcome for me.
